Richard stood by my side and helped me understand the process from start to finish. When I walked into his office, I felt like he truly wanted to help me and also get the best care I could. He was encouraging with his advice, respectful, patient, professional and thorough. This was a very hard time in my life, and he made me feel at ease and well taken care of. He was very honest and informative and handled everything in a timely manner. He was quick in answering emails, texts, returning voice mails and always took time to listen to me. He always kept me up to date with detailed bills so I always knew where I stood, as well as did not overcharge me and was very reasonable when invoicing for his time. I went through a very rough divorce to have joint residential and joint custody, which the battle had to be rehashed when our shared child needed an actual address so she can attend school. Richard Allen Wiener was handed an extremely complicated case when I hired him. I put my trust into him as this depended on getting residential custody of my child and having her put into the home that she will get the attention and medical needs she deserves. Rich was by my side and knew which angle to go and what witnesses we needed to win our case. Rich also had my ex husband's witnesses making us look good by being knowledable with his cross examinations. It feels so good to know that Rich truly was not on my side and not on my ex's side but truly fought for my child.
